Terms Of Service

Amaia Digital may offer a partner program, also referred to as the Amaia Growth Partners Program, that allows approved partners to refer potential clients to our products and services and receive commissions or rewards for qualifying sales.

Participation in the program is free, but partners must apply and be accepted before receiving access to their partner dashboard, referral link, and partner materials.

Approved partners may receive a commission for qualifying purchases made through their personal referral link or otherwise properly attributed to them through our tracking system. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant partner page, written communication, or partner agreement, the standard commission is 50% of the qualifying sale amount.

An eligible or qualified sale is a completed purchase of an approved Amaia Digital core product or service made through a valid partner referral link, properly tracked by our systems, and not refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or self-referred.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions are calculated only on the eligible core product or service purchased through the partner’s referral link. Order bumps, upsells, downsells, add-ons, taxes, processing fees, setup fees, custom services, future subscription renewals, and any other additional purchases are excluded from commission calculations. For monthly or recurring services, commissions apply only to the client’s first monthly payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissions are only confirmed after the applicable refund or guarantee period has passed. If a client requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, cancels their purchase, fails to complete payment, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related commission may be cancelled, withheld, reversed, or deducted from future payments.

For products or services paid through instalments or payment plans, commissions may be paid only on amounts actually received by Amaia Digital, and may be confirmed or paid according to the payment schedule and applicable refund period.

Partner payments are generally made monthly, after commissions have been confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, confirmed partner rewards are paid on or around the 14th of each month. Payment timing may vary depending on processing times, payment provider delays, account verification, missing payment details, holidays, or administrative reasons.

We may use referral links, cookies, dashboards, tracking tools, or similar technologies to identify referrals and attribute clicks, leads, bookings, purchases, or commissions to the correct partner. Partners acknowledge that tracking may depend on factors outside our full control, including browser settings, cookie consent choices, device changes, expired cookies, incorrect links, user behaviour, payment provider limitations, or technical errors.

Partners are responsible for using their correct referral link and for promoting Amaia Digital honestly, ethically, and in a way that does not mislead potential clients. Partners must not make false income claims, false guarantees, misleading promises, unauthorized discounts, or claims that are not supported by Amaia Digital’s official materials.

Partners may promote their link through organic content, direct messages, word of mouth, email, or other lawful methods. If partners choose to use paid advertising, they are fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws, advertising platform rules, disclosure requirements, and any brand guidelines provided by Amaia Digital. Partners may not impersonate Amaia Digital, use misleading ads, or represent themselves as employees, owners, or official representatives of Amaia Digital unless expressly authorized in writing. Partners must disclose their affiliate or partner relationship where required by applicable law, platform rules, or advertising standards.

Amaia Digital reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, or refuse commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, policy violations, suspicious activity, unverified referrals, or referrals that cannot be properly tracked or attributed.

Amaia Digital may provide milestone rewards, bonuses, badges, content packs, partner materials, cash bonuses, services, trips, or other incentives as part of the Growth Partners Program. These rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, verification, and the specific conditions stated on the relevant partner page or communication. We reserve the right to modify, replace, pause, or discontinue partner rewards, bonuses, milestones, or program benefits at any time.

Participation in the partner program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or legal partnership relationship between the partner and Amaia Digital. Partners act independently and are responsible for any taxes, declarations, expenses, or legal obligations related to their commissions or promotional activities.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any partner from the program at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, brand misrepresentation, unethical promotion, violation of these Terms, or actions that may harm Amaia Digital, our clients, or our reputation.
